Retire the default Ruth avatar & have a Goblin as the default avatar shape for new accounts (and on Opensim restarts)
Go to the
assets\BodyPartsAssetSet
directory
(1) Change the "****_shape.dat" & "****_skin.dat" files that you want as your default to "base_shape.dat" & "base_skin.dat".
(2) If you have not run the opensim server yet you are done
(3) If you have run the opensim server you will need to open the AssetStorage.db SQLite database and run the query "delete from assets"
(BTW this will disable exhisting inventory items as well)
(4) start the Opensim server.
